StoutScout is a pub and stout discovery app. This policy explains what information the app may collect, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

2. Information you provide

Depending on how you use StoutScout, this may include your email address and account details, display name, ratings and review text, photographs you upload, and information you choose to include in your profile.

3. Location and pub information

StoutScout may use device location when you choose nearby-pub features. Pub information may be obtained from third-party mapping and places services.

4. How information is used

Information is used to provide and improve StoutScout, authenticate accounts, display reviews and profile features, operate the Stout Passport and community features, and maintain service security and reliability.

5. Reviews and photographs

Review text, ratings and uploaded photographs may be displayed to other StoutScout users as part of community features. Do not submit information you do not want other users to see.

6. Service providers

StoutScout uses third-party services for functions such as authentication, database and file storage, maps and places information, and app distribution. Current services may include Supabase, Google Maps/Places, Apple and Google Play services.

7. Your choices

You can request deletion of your StoutScout account. See Delete Account.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information used by the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as StoutScout changes. The latest version will be published here.
